This is a great little gadget!This handy pen comes with all the tools and accessories you need to use it. I was pleasantly surprised to discover five ink refills, a mini screwdriver, a charger, a usb-av wire and corded earbuds. This was especially helpful because I am rarely on the computer anymore and I was able to hear the recording playback immediately.As for sound quality, I found it completely fine— the scratching sound of the pen writing was a little annoying so I will likely use this when not writing. It filtered out the background radio and picked up voices clearly. There is a guide to advanced recording settings which is a little over my head but the audio feels out there should be able to figure out how to make it personally tailored.As for writing, the pen has a nice weight and I really enjoyed using the pen without the recording feature as well :)Overall, a great buy and I will be using it to capture both memories amongst friends as well as meeting notes!

The media could not be loaded. Super cool. Easy to use. Click to turn on, click to record, click to turn off. You can navigate the recording directly phone the Pen as well with the headphones. Sounds clear and works great.

I am giving this pen recorder 4 stars, only because the screw threads striped slightly when tightened. But I wouldn't hesitate to buy it again, the sound, use, ability to not be noticed and short time to charge with hours of use. Add low cost, makes this a good buy.

I have to return this product. The recording button is not easy to use - hard to tell when you are recording and when you are not recording. The technology used for the pen recorder is very old. Not very compatible with my Macbook or other apple products.

This pen is a great recording tool! We are meeting with a consultant next week and it can be overwhelming to try to write down every detail of an important conversation. This looks like a standard pen and is comfortable to hold with an appropriate amount of weight, meaning, not too heavy, not too light. I appreciate that it comes with an extra ink supply. The review video that was on Amazon further explaining how to start and stop recording was very helpful, so I would strongly encourage watching that for further instruction. This will be helpful in many situations, and I’m very pleased with this product.

Could be better. I didn’t test the the audio quality or anything. Was extremely disappointed to see it has an LED that turns red when recording. Not very discreet!
