Was well written.
I have ADD so it’s hard for me to focus but it’s a good book nonetheless

No Index
Libro en inglés, reseña en inglés.First the good:-You actually start with C++, the first two "books" are about it and the last three about C#. A lot of people will suggest you start learning C# and then switch to C++ but I like this book opted for what people suggest around Reddit, which is starting with C++.-The language used to explain things is easy, I learnt the level of English I have (which is average) completely alone, playing videogames and I have no degree or certification, yet I can comfortably understand this book. And it's not too dense, but not too superficial either. The bad:-NO INDEX. Pretty much self-explanatory. You get parts of the book where they list a lot of terms (page 95) with several pages of concepts in coding but if you want to check one in particular you have to go through the pages searching specifically for it. Hilariously it says in such page to keep the index and glossary of the book as reference lol It appears to me as if they had made an index for each book but since they joined several ones in one they didn't want to bother creating a new index.-The first 6 chapters (C++) have displayed screenshots of examples and works that are barely visible. Many of them have a copy online so as long as the links are working it's not such an issue, but it's clearly very unpleasant anyway.Honestly the book is "only" €38 but with no index and such issues about the screenshots at the start made me regret the purchase. Won't return it but I opted for buying other book, one by Slobodan Dmitrović named "Modern C++ for Absolute Beginners" (second edition) which does have an index and has a more amicable printing.También recomiendo a otros hispanoparlantes que quieran aprender a programar "Everything You Need to Ace Computer Science and Coding in One Big Fat Notebook". Es supuestamente para adolescentes de paises angloparlantes, pero vale para cualquiera que quiera familiarizarse con los conceptos de programación.

Not at all beginner friendly
All pictures are black and white while the text refers to colours in the picture. Needlessly verbose. Putting it away for now may have some use after I learn the basics somewhere else.
