This drink cup is exactly what if needs to be. I love that it tracks, and it suggests a daily intake but you can adjust it. You can add friends and compete or just help them drink more water. There are many features and I like most all of them. It is fun to change the notification light color to match my shirt each day! I would rate it higherbut it does not keep the water cold very long, it costs more than it should, and there is no cover for the charging port so it is not easy to clean the lid without worrying about getting water in it.

I like that it connects to an app, for sure but what I really sold was the small screen right on the front. That's what I was looking for. I didn't want to open the app every time to see how I was doing for the day. With this, I can glance down and immediately see what percentage of my daily water goal I've hit and how much I've just drunk after each sip. It's incredibly helpful, and surprisingly exciting. The light ring is also a nice touch, it gives me a reminder when I haven't had anything to drink in a while, which is great on busy days when hydration usually slips my mind. It's subtle, not annoying, but just enough to catch my eye.Construction-wise, it's solid. It keeps my water cold, doesn't leak, it fits in my car's cup holder, and has solid battery life, I just have to charge it every few weeks. One little thing I ran into, when I added flavor powder and shook the bottle, the sensor stopped tracking my sips. It turned out, moisture was going up into the cover area. Rubbing the inside of the lid dry with a paper towel resolves the issue every time, so now I do that automatically if I've shaken it. Overall, I'm very happy with it. It's a great way to build better hydration habits without having to overthink anything. It's just a well-designed bottle that really helps me stay healthy.

I take not always accurate but the insight that it gives you for your water intake is great. Mine runs about 20% inaccurate most of the time.
