Its been one week and i like it. Good design of the earbuds(not the charging case). Perfectly fit in my ears. Good sound. But when i use google assistant, the voice breaks and it goes dim. Thats the only problem. Fuctioning is also good. Easy connect. Charging speed is overall good. I was able to use it for 5 hour straight with full charge. After 5 hours, the charge was 30%. Overall good one. Although, i suggest that they should change the design of the charging case and make it look a bit more cooler. The current shape of the charging case is so simple and not cool at all. Anyway, I recommend it...

The media could not be loaded. I have been using this headphones for 2 weeks now.I would say it's worth its price, it is really satisfying. I haven't even charged it once, even though I have been using for 2 hours everyday day.plus the game mode really helps while playing games like bgmi,cod.only drawback is that the noise cancellation could be better.still getting noise cancellation for this price is enough.

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Product and Customer ServiceI recently purchased a pair of Realme Buds, and to my frustration, the right side of the buds was not working right out of the box.Amazon's return policy for this product is highly misleading. Instead of allowing a return or replacement, I was redirected to a bot chat with no actual resolution. This is not what I expect from a platform that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction.To make matters worse, when I visited the Realme service center, they refused to provide a replacement. Instead, they offered a coupon—but only redeemable on their official website, where the prices are significantly higher than market rates. This feels like a deliberate tactic to trap customers into spending more money after already being inconvenienced.It’s extremely disappointing to see such a coordinated and exploitative strategy between the vendor and the platform. Customers deserve better.
