This product is an absolute SAVIOR! I cannot recommend it enough. I recently went on a trip to a city abroad where I was going to be walking a lot. I am prone to severe blisters no matter how good my shoes fit me, and I have had it ruin trips in the past because it gets so painful to walk. I bought these because the reviews were so positive, and I can confidently say it made my trip so much better! This was the first time I was able to walk around for miles with not even a single blister on my foot. There are plenty in a pack, it’s super sticky and doesn’t come off when your feet are sweaty, which is a game changer for me. This has worked so well for me that I will continue to buy it for every single trip I ever go on. This product is so worth it. If you’re on the fence about buying it, just buy it! You won’t regret it

I recently started walking each day for exercise and knew ahead of time I needed something to help prevent blisters. I grabbed these and hoped for the best. I have been very pleasantly surprised! They are rugged.. stay on even when sweating, even work over areas that are starting to blister to help prevent them from worsening. I am going to make sure to keep a box of these handy. Much, MUCH better than a piece of tape or a standard band-aid.

Bought this for a pair of really nice Vans shoes that unfortunately rubbed my skin raw in back. Figured Id try this tape thinking it wouldnt stay on all day. I was proven wrong. Good stuff and stays on well as long as it doesnt get soaking wet. Peels off without issue to skin. Will buy again

Used these on a two month backpacking trip. Easy to apply as they come in precut lengths. Unlike some blister prevention strips with strong adhesive qualities, these are really only good for a maximum two days, still they work well at preventing blisters. I recommend you use them proactively even if you don’t think you need them as it’s better than dealing with a blister and trying to keep it at bay.

This tape is awesome and it was very useful on my last trip with lots of walking and rain I was definitely struggling with blisters and this tape helps prevent some. I still got some before I started using the tape but after I taped them good it was a lot more comfortable

This tape works alright, but standard moleskin is way better. While lightweight, this tends to come off with too much friction and the color also stains. In addition, the roll does not stay intact, so the whole thing unraveled in my bag. I used this on a cruise and it did prevent some blister, but again I would have rather had standard moleskin. My white sandals are still stained! Also, this works better on the heels rather than toes.

Wore them after getting new boots, helps from the rubbing! They are sticky enough to stay on all day and easy to take out without leaving residue.

Doesn’t come off during my workouts. And that’s running, HITT workouts, lifting. I was just using a couple band aids and medical tape but this is much much better!!
