This solves the problem by making the heat generating elements battery powered so that you can continue to move about and keep your back muscles mobile.It really does work and you can get a good range of heat from it: I find that aspect the most effective to be honest and I've used that more than the vibration settings. It is vibration as well, not massage, and I've deducted a star from my overall score as it's misleading labelled as a massage belt.The operation is straightforward and it's not particularly heavy to wear around the house, although I don't think you'd be going outside in it as it would be hard to conceal under you clothes. It charges up using a USB C connector so it will take a faster charge than older style plugs. This is important as the battery life is quite poor: that's not surprising when you consider what it's being expected to run, with the heating elements and the vibration as well.If you have a bad back you could do yourself a favour and get on of these. At the moment it's on offer with a 20% voucher so it's quite a good deal. There are cheaper options, but you need to factor in that you're also paying for the mobility you get from having it battery powered.

The belt doesn't stay fit on the waist and keep opening and falling off. When working it provides good heating effect and relaxes the back muscles .

I appreciate the heat and vibration options, especially since I don’t have to connect it to a main charger. This feature saves money while I use it; I just charge it and start using it. 😊 It helps alleviate my pain, particularly because I'm not getting enough sunlight.
