We have four precious furbabies, 2 dogs and 2 cats. I was using a product to clean their ears with which left their hair oily and it didn't smell good. I decided to try this product based on the reviews, and I am so happy that I did. I cleaned their ears, and it didn't leave an oily mess, plus there was only a slight scent. I will definitely be reordering this product again. It arrived promptly and was packaged well.

We have a Beabull (english bulldog and beagle mix) and she has some of the same issues that a bulldog has. Bad ears,, Ugh She was just miserable and scratching her ears until they bled. I was just about to take her in to the vet but I hate to use medicated anything. I like using natural things on my pets so when I found this I was excited to try. I must admit I was a little worried when I received it though. It smells very strong of alcohol, but you only need to use a couple drops so I went for it.. WOW! within days her ears healed and she stopped scratching, all the gunk in her ears dried up and she her ears looked amazing. Within a week and half they were perfect, just perfect. I couldnt believe how fast it worked and well it worked. I now only have to use it to maintain her ears, so about 3 times a week. Only a couple drops and she is a very happy pup.. So glad I gave it a try and I dont need the vet bill now. So double YAY for us.. :)

Edit: I changed my rating from 2 stars to 4 stars. It still didn’t work for us, but the company reached out to us and offered a full refund. Excellent customer service. This is the first time a company has reached out to make sure their customers are happy. Like I said, it didn’t work for our dog, but every dog is different! It smells wonderful and we do use their shampoo for itchy skin and their shampoo works really well, just not this product. But I would still recommend this brand because of their awesome customer service!! Five stars for customer service for sure!! Original review: My dogs ears were very itchy, so i got this. I did as the directions said and it didn’t help at all. It did smell good and was easy to use, it just didn’t work. But every dog Is different, it might work amazing for your pup!

This ear solution works. Our boy Bo doesn't like to have it placed in his ears and fights us with vengeance however, after one application there was relief. I chose to pour further applications into a large cotton ball, place that in his ears, one at a time and gently squeeze the solution into his ear canal. He still doesn't like it this way but does tolerate it. For now that is good enough for us. At least we can get it into his ears. This company and the people that own it are compassionate, caring people that do so much to help animals survive cancer diagnoses....I can thank them enough for all that they do!...Kathy Hughes

This dog ear cleaner works very good. Although it states it is all natural, it does use alcohol in it. It did not irritate my dog's ears, used it every other day.

Works very well and provides relief to our cats but they don’t like when we apply it to their ears so it is a bit of a battle to use it.

We LOVE this ear cleaner. Keeps my bullys ears clean and smelling fresh! We have tried so many cleaners but they dont compare to this product! This cleaner helps soothe harleys ears and also helps with the itching! So glad we finally found some relief for our boy!
