Set the mood at your campsite, added safety features, and power bank.
On our last camping trip, my spouse mentioned that it would be cool to have one of these, as an alternative to what we were using as lights while camping. So I ordered one in advance for our next trip. We tested it out at home and are so excited to use it camping! I looked at other ones that were similar and decided to go with this because they all basically had the same features, but I liked that this one is also magnetic so that you can stick it to something metal depending on your surroundings. The light can also be hung from the little hook on the top of it. I like that it is retractable so you aren’t dealing with a mess of cord that you have to carefully store. It really does wind up neatly inside. The LED light strand can be lit in warm white, RGB multicolor, and both options can stay solid lit, or you can change the modes to flashing, etc. this is great for family camping because you can use it as a utility light but also create a nice ambience when you pull out the cord the end has a little hook so you can use that to attach it.Warning— make sure you are aware that the spotlight is on the middle at the top, is also an SOS strobe light(press multiple times to cycle through the modes to turn it on). My husband and I momentarily blinded ourselves when we were first checking it out. Haha but seriously I really do like this added safety feature. It’s nice to have just in case!It has a rechargeable battery, and there is an indicator light letting you know how much battery life is left. You can also use it as a power bank, but personally, I would want to reserve the battery life for lighting things up or emergencies.Overall, we are very happy with this and will definitely be bringing it along on our next camping trip. Highly recommended!

Good concept, but needs a bit of work
It is bright, and they're cute, but it's very hard to rewind back into the holder and the clip to attach the string lights could be bigger, it's hard to attach to things.

Lighting
These are awesome. Quick solar charge and they are super easy to store in their own kit. Provided nice lightning for my booth during craft fair.

Smaller, less capable camping light set
This is the smallest of the camping string lights that seems to be out there. In my photos I show two - the bottom one is this camping light. It has only 2000mAh vs the 3000mAh in the top light. The brightness is the same for the LEDs. This light has a rapid blink and only a single button that cycles through the modes. There are lights on the bottom and a light on the top. It was a little hard to get out of the casing. You can’t just pull. It’s a blend of turning the winder and then pulling gently. The turning handle is better than the other one pictured. But it was a little scary to snap the handle all the way 180 degrees over. It was resistant to it.Overall, I suggest you check out the other options out there. This one is nicely smaller than the other lights out there with a better turning handle than the other one I took a picture of, but it has a smaller battery capacity and fewer functions- you can only do multi light and white.
