The worst experience. Don't buy anything. The replaced earbuds (Boat Airdopes Loop OWS Earbuds) is even worse. Both the earbuds are not working, no sound is coming and after a complaint no support from team. Directly sending to Boat website and the form is not uploaded there. Highly disappointed. Do needful.

The sound quality is good, though we can hear outside noise we can enjoy the sound quality. Worth buying for those who feel pain when use normal airdopes.

The boAt Airdopes in lavender have a very attractive and premium look. They are lightweight, comfortable to wear for long hours, and fit well in the ears. Sound quality is clear with good bass, making them suitable for music as well as calls. Battery life is decent for daily use, and overall the product offers great value for money. Very happy with this purchase.

I purchased the Airdope Loops with high expectations, especially with the claim of a 50-hour battery backup. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but disappointing. After fully charging the earbuds to 100%, I checked the battery level on my phone to confirm it was at full capacity. To my shock, the earbuds died within just 40 minutes of use! The marketing claim of 50 hours of playback is an outright lie. While I must admit the fit and comfort are excellent, and I truly admire the design, the product's functionality leaves much to be desired. The battery backup is a big ZERO, and it makes the earbuds practically unusable for longer periods. Adding to the frustration is the connectivity issue. Connecting the earbuds to my phone was a struggle. One earbud would connect, while the other refused to pair consistently. Despite following the manual instructions and spending a lot of time troubleshooting, I couldn't get them to work reliably. It was an exhausting and futile effort. Overall, my experience has been terrible. This product feels like a scam – a poorly executed gimmick. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Airdope Loops. Overall good ones no hassle to ears at high voulmes clear sound at all modes only con is it charge gets drained very shortly after 5-6hrs of use for me so get it fully prepared for it. Hats all great 👍

When you receive this product, take out the buds and remove the thin plastic film sticked on the bigger tip of the buds and then only these buds will charge themselves in the case, if you don't remove the plastic then the buds won't get charged and will not work. When I received the product and I opened it the birds were not working and I thought that the product is defective but then my friend noticed a thin plastic film on the bigger tip of both buds. He removed it and asked me to put the buds back in the case for charging and then they started working.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing this formal complaint to express my utter dissatisfaction with the defective product I received and the substandard after-sales services provided by both Boat and Amazon. I purchased the Boat Airdopes Loop Cool Grey on December 31, 2024, which was delivered on January 1, 2025. Upon receiving the product, I noticed that while the connection worked initially, the battery percentage was only 40%. Despite charging the Airdopes for two days, the product failed to charge properly. On January 7, 2025, I raised a complaint with Amazon, as the product was still within the return and refund period, which was valid until January 8, 2025. Amazon redirected me to Boat, citing a change in their policy terms. They provided me with a link to register my complaint with Boat. However, the link provided did not function properly until January 9, 2025, by which time the return/refund period had already expired. Despite explaining this to Amazon, they insisted that I follow up with Boat. On the other hand, Boat’s customer service team offered verbal sympathy but failed to provide any concrete solution or written confirmation. As a result, I was left with no replacement or refund for a defective product. This incident highlights the following concerns: Lack of Accountability: Both Boat and Amazon failed to take responsibility for addressing the issue within the valid return/refund period. Inefficient Customer Service: Boat’s online complaint system and customer support were unresponsive and unhelpful, resulting in delays that invalidated my claim. Manipulative Practices: The deliberate delays in processing complaints appear to be a tactic to ensure that customers’ return/refund periods expire, leaving them with defective products. Quality Concerns: This is the second time I have faced issues with Boat’s Airdopes, raising serious doubts about the quality of newly launched products. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and transparency exhibited by both companies. Such practices erode customer trust and discourage online purchases . I would like to thank boat and Amazon for wasting my time .
