I purchased the Airdope Loops with high expectations, especially with the claim of a 50-hour battery backup. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing but disappointing. After fully charging the earbuds to 100%, I checked the battery level on my phone to confirm it was at full capacity. To my shock, the earbuds died within just 40 minutes of use! The marketing claim of 50 hours of playback is an outright lie. While I must admit the fit and comfort are excellent, and I truly admire the design, the product's functionality leaves much to be desired. The battery backup is a big ZERO, and it makes the earbuds practically unusable for longer periods. Adding to the frustration is the connectivity issue. Connecting the earbuds to my phone was a struggle. One earbud would connect, while the other refused to pair consistently. Despite following the manual instructions and spending a lot of time troubleshooting, I couldn't get them to work reliably. It was an exhausting and futile effort. Overall, my experience has been terrible. This product feels like a scam – a poorly executed gimmick. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing Airdope Loops. It’s a waste of money and effort, and I regret buying it. Rating: ⭐ (1/5)

When you receive this product, take out the buds and remove the thin plastic film sticked on the bigger tip of the buds and then only these buds will charge themselves in the case, if you don't remove the plastic then the buds won't get charged and will not work. When I received the product and I opened it the birds were not working and I thought that the product is defective but then my friend noticed a thin plastic film on the bigger tip of both buds. He removed it and asked me to put the buds back in the case for charging and then they started working.

Can't give not even half star rating for this item. It's a useless E waste for the customers, not at all value for money. The mics won't function properly. On a cll the person on the other end can't hear our voice properly, sometimes they hear only an echo. Even if we claim for warranty, they will prolong the process for saying unnecessary issues and finally they return the same defective item, saying they didn't find any defect. When we try to talk to customer care people we have to tell the story so many times. In short it's a waste of money, time and effort. Never recommend this product to any body.

After some period one bluetooth is showing error while connecting and not getting charged

Functionally Worst headset. It looks sleeky and stylish. Microphone clarity is bad. You can't use it for voice calls. Both headphones have connectivity issues..one headset is totally not connecting after 6 months..another one hadphone will work for 10 mins then automatically gets disconnected. Not recommended to purchase....unable to log warranty claim due to the length process. Warranty claim process should be simplified....Product ordering happens with few clicks, but the customer support process is too long..should be simplified.

When we speaking the receiver can't able to hear our voice other than that everything is good
