The shipping in my area is notoriously slow, plus we had some snow storms, so I don't blame them whatsoever for any delays.This is a beautiful chandelier... BUT I am missing a piece- a golden plate that goes against the glass plates. This would be a resounding 5 stars if I had all the parts and was able to get a hold of the seller.The instructions that were included were a bit vague, so I recommend watching the video on the product page. The installation isn't too hard if you know what you're doing!Also, the packaging was perfect. Everything was carefully packaged and nothing came in chipped or dented. And for the price, this light fixture is WORTH IT! I went from a builder grade, boring flush mount to instant elegance in my guest room with this. I want another one for my library (:If I get my missing part, this will be changed to 5 stars. Because let's be real, this light is classy. I added a ceiling medallion and smart lights to adjust color and be able to dim them. I definitely recommend those if you like setting the mood for a room!

Absolutely love this chandelier! We put it in our kids bathroom at the top of our stairs and everyone who sees it’s says it’s gorgeous and had to cost thousands of dollars! Great product, very affordable. Works well and very bright.

This chandelier is gorgeous! So happy with the quality of this. It looks very high end and the gold tone is perfect. The light coming through the glass pieces is beautiful. A piece was loose in the first one I received and the seller was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

This chandelier cost me over $500 in electrician fees alone, only to find out it was faulty. First, we discovered that more than half the pieces needed to hold the glass in place were missing. I contacted Amazon and spent a frustrating amount of time trying to get replacement parts. Just as that was finally resolved, the electrician found that every time he turned the chandelier on, it tripped the breaker—a problem we never had with the previous light.After double-checking everything, he discovered that a set screw from the factory had been overtightened into the main wiring. Strike two. After some tinkering, he was able to get the chandelier working, and we installed all the bulbs—only to find that one socket didn’t work at all. We tried multiple bulbs with no luck. That section of the fixture was faulty as well.In the end, the electrician had to take the entire thing down and reinstall my old light. Nearly three hours of labor for nothing. Extremely frustrating and disappointing. The fixture itself was beautiful, but ultimately a complete waste.

Beautiful light, but missing metal clip and one of the glasses came broken. Glass part was still sturdy enough to hang it but disappointing. Other then that pretty nice light.Edit- got in touch with the seller and they sent me a new metal piece and glass to replace the broken one. Was super helpful!

Hi if the seller is looking at this my light was short one of the gold attachments for the top row, that goes over the glass piece, I need one otherwise the light is stunning!Edit: The seller reached out to me and sent a replacement and now my light is perfect, and beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!

Light looks great. Came with some missing pieces but Amazon replaced them easily!
