It was very easy to insert and remove the weights from their secure pouches, and distribute the weights however you want them. The zippered front and side adjustment straps allow you to easily put on and remove the vest and adjust the vest for a snug, comfortable fit. The weights are soft and flexible unlike some other vests I have seen with stiff and rigid weights.

The design is really slim and easy to use during long term exercise. Still have to remain alert while using it, as to avoid sweating in it too much. The front zipper helps to remove it and put it on easier. Still a great weight for beginners or for weight resistance building.
