Hand my very old V Sabatier for over 30years+ and still very sharp!!!Order this one more for the small delicate jobs with veg and fruit.Delivered, opened, and tested in the kitcken by touching the blade...flaming heck, blood everywhere. Yip, very sharp so no, my old ones are not as sharp as I thought....😆Fantastic knives, I also stand by the V Sabatier x50crmov15 range, you might think expensive but believe me you won't be wasting your money on by buying loads of cheaper ones and then throwing then away because they fail.Start right and get this range, PS. Test them on a piece of paper!

Love this knife and I have some good knives at my disposal. It is my go to knife so handy, my wWife and I fight to use it so might have to get another. Stays nice and sharp to. Would recommend.

Excellent quality and great value for money

Knife arrived with the tip of the knife bent.

Its a vegetable knife. It cuts vegetables pretty well. Treat it properly and remember to sharpen it and it should last well.
