So far it works well and is holding a charge. Good battery life. Directions were good and came with included tools needed. I always heard it was hard to change Apple batteries but all in, maybe 5-10 minutes. No problem at all.

Battery from amazon, YouTube video how to replace the battery and boom, just saved $100, trip to the shop and time! I replaced it myself two weeks ago, battery life looks really good, there was no error once I turned on the computer. The process was really fast and super easy. so far works well. I recommend give it a try 😌

Great alternative! Kit included the various micro-tools needed to remove many tiny screws! Just follow the easy instructions and everything will work! I saved a few $$$ by DIY

I have an old MacBook Air(2016) that still works but battery was only functional for about 2 hours. Found this battery replacement at a good price and with an additional discount and decided to purchase and took my chances in replacing it myself. I read the instructions and watch a video on You Tube prior to performing the task. It took me about one hour and was successful. It worked well after installation(no need to adjust or re-program the battery).Follow the instructions that are provided on how to charge battery the first 3 times. Very pleased with the product.

I was excited to get this battery and it shipped quickly. I followed the instructions as well as watching a YouTube video to be sure I did it right, but when I was putting the screws back in, I noticed the issue. The connector from the battery to the computer seems to have a bundle of cords that are a bit too long. Not a lot, but just enough to create an issue. They have to scrunch up in a weird way since there’s not a lot of room after it’s plugged in. I’m looking at other pictures from different batteries, as well as the one I removed, and it seems that most of the others have a little curve in the shape of the cord bundle that lead to the plug. Since there is too much cord, it pushed the battery up a bit, so I had to force the battery down to screw it into place, and then when putting the bottom cover back on, it also was pushed up a bit and the cover now won’t sit flush like it should!Maybe I got one that someone added a bit too much cord, like a quarter inch too much, but that little extra cord has created a fit problem!I will more than likely return and look at a different seller with a curved cord that won’t cause the battery to stick up!
