Do not buy. Car broke brand new, can’t get ahold of anyone from company to find out what is wrong

Do not buy a Feber product! We bought our daughter this FERRARI. Brand new out of the box, within the first hour of playing with it, it breaks. There is a very loud cranking sound coming from the rear wheel. We have tried contacting the company several times but have had no responses. The 800 number just rings, no answering machine and no live representative. The car is still under warranty but we can’t seem to get ahold of anyone from the company. Do not spend this kind of money on a product from a subpar company.
