Item arrived and did not work. There was some sort of broken piece inside. The packaging was fine. We ended up doing a return instead of replacement as I didn’t want to take the chance that the replacement wouldn’t work also.

This toy gun is really fun to mess around with. It's very realistic looking and at first glance you might not notice the orange tip. Keep that in mind if you're taking it out of the house. Loading the bullets is a bit of a chore because you have to put the tips into the shell casings if you want to shoot targets. The shell ejection works well and adds a touch of realism to the play. A fun discovery was that the shells will eject without the bullet tips in them which is cool for cleanup. The set comes with a ton of tips, two mags, and cartridges. You also get a small target with it. Overall I'm impressed because I wasn't expecting much. It's fun to play with and a good way to learn more about how guns work with minimal risk.

I use this as a good little tool to practice range safety, trigger discipline, and how to pick up a gun with new shooters.I did test the toy functionality of it and it did indeed shoot well.
