I like the style and make of the handles, and the knives are incredibly well made. The knives are sharp, well designed and made of quality steel. They remind me of knives I have seen at the high end home stores, so these are definitely worth purchasing. The feel of the handles is stellar, as the fit is great and it is obvious these are sturdy, exceptionally crafted knives. These are superb for anyone who is a chef or enjoys cooking, as they cut exceptionally well and clearly will last for many years. I highly recommend these and declare them as total winners. They are definitely worth the price point as ‘you get what you pay for’, and with these you are going to have a high-quality set of knives that will last you through all your cooking endeavors!

These knives were very sharp upon arrival. I have not had long enough to judge how well they hold that edge. I want to love them. I really do. However, due to the way I hold a chef's knife when chopping foods, I have to adjust my body mechanics. Not easy to do after decades of cooking. The bolster to heel length is a little short. So if I wrap my fingers around the knife as usual to chop up and down, the knife does not come down to the cutting board. It needs a little more width for me and I do not have overly large fingers. Other than that, I have no complaints. The knifes have some weight to them. Balance is good. They are beautiful and I love the knife block as well.

I’ve been needing to get some new kitchen knives and a knife block, but I couldn’t find anything I liked enough to try. I saw these and they were just what I was looking for. The block is heavy and very sturdy, and has a nice color to it. The knives are perfectly balanced and very sharp, and I love how they are all one cohesive piece instead of the wooden handled knives I’ve had before. Everything fits together perfectly, and I can’t wait to show them off at Thanksgiving. Overall I think this is a high quality set and definitely worth the price.

This knives set is very high quality as expected from Imarku. Very very very sharp, I've cut my self just washing them when they arrived.I love the stainless steel handle, that is an extension of the blade itself. Very comfortable and controllable.It is high end household kitchen knives that are almost pro level.The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the serrated steak knives, that did cut the steak easily, but it wasn't as clean cut like you would get from a sharp blade. It's a matter of preference I guess.Other than that a very recommended set for that price.

Knives are sharp. The block that is included is substantial. I like that they are one piece, not a blade attached to a separate handle.

The knife block is uncommonly heavyweight. The knives are overall fine, but they are all lightweight, so they are not very satisfying to hold. I’d rather have fewer better knives. What was weird is the scissors which have sharp outer edges, a bizarre silicone like insert in each finger hole, and a totally nonergonomic design.

Great knife set...love that the knife and handle is one piece forged from German steel. They are quite sharp as a family member remarked when he effortlessly sliced through a thick head of cabbage. Finally I own a good set of knives! Added bonus is the knife sharpener built into the storage block.

This is a great knife set but they can slip a bit when holding them, due to the steel. I've also noticed that the price fluctuates greatly. This is a great set, ready to be gifted if you purchase it as a gift, etc - but this confirmed I prefer a different handle.
