It was a gift and she loved the challenge of putting it together. It’s a great set for a bargain.

This is a neat kit and affordable. Not Lego quality but the price reflects that.Upon completion there were no missing bricks and it does honestly look nice. The characters are well made (we love the kitties!) and I like you can open up the house.My only negative is that the roof is a bit wonky donkey. You construct the build with the ability to open or close the roof, yet they basically fall off by just touching them. In fact the roof over the left upper floor bedroom doesn't open even half the way since it doesn't have the clearance from the roof next doors in the main room. Not a huge deal as I ended up just removing them to keep my wee one from constantly trying to refit it. No roof but easily accessible. Yet still a flaw nonetheless.I did check the instructions to make sure I didn't make an error, yet that is what was instructed. I actually had a similar problem with the same brand on a different build I built after this one. I honestly think the roofing structure needs to be sorted and reconfigured. Just my titbit of advice for the company. :)Otherwise this was easy to put together, the instructions were non complicated and for the most part, the bricks hold decently. Again, not Lego but I think most kids wouldn't care and would just have fun with this set.

I built it for my 4 year old who is starting to like Legos. She loves it. A lot of pieces, a lot of people, a lot of accessories, a lot of tiny pieces so careful if you have even littler ones. I think a 7 year old would be able to build with the help of an adult.

My 10-year-old really enjoyed this set, despite the facts that it had overly complicated instructions and there were quite a few missing pieces. One of his favorite things about the set were the seven included mini-figures (Boy, girl, older girl, mom, dad, grandmother, grandfather). He also really liked that it included a surfboard and two cats. The quality of the pieces was good and they fit together well. We really only took away stars because of the instructions and the missing pieces (which he was able to supplement from his own collection to make the set work).

This is a weekend project unless you have 6 hours to do it all at one time! Super cute and daughter actually plays with it!

Cute set for my daughter, she loved it and had fun putting it together. My daughter finished in a weekend, she usually loses interest and ends up only building half, but she finished this one. It comes with quite a few accessories and people. The instructions were easy to follow and pretty typical as other sets.

This is a really cool build. In general, the quality is one of the better ones we've experienced, as far as off-brand sets go. The bricks fit together well and the colors are bright. The instructions were confusing in some places, but there were no missing pieces and my daughter enjoyed this build. After she completed it, she made her own modifications (as she usually does) and has been enjoying this set for a couple of weeks now. It has lots of spaces and pieces to inspire the imagination and she has had lots of fun. This is definitely not the name brand, but all in all, it's a good value for the price and it should continue to be an enjoyable set.
