Yes,please remove the protective film before install the enclosure,then the plate will turn into fully transparent.

Does the enclosure set include bottom plate?

The enclosure does not inclide the bottom plate.

Great customer service

The enclosure feels really good quality and went together well. Unfortunately one part was damaged on arrival but I contacted TopCube directly and within a few hours they arranged immediate dispatch of the replacement parts, so great customer service!For anyone else considering this just note that the bottom of the enclosure is open (no acrylic sheet for the base) I was able to contact TopCube for this but also seems to be something local acrylic cutters can supply for fairly cheap.
