So far very happy with these. Haven't taken them long enough to evaluate health benefits, but I am happy to not have to take 4 pills or mix powder into a drink to get the equivalent. Very appreciative that it's not too sweet and only contains 1 carb, a lot less than most gummy versions. I don't mind taking pills but it is nice to have a solid alternative. Another review compared its taste to fun dip and I have to agree it reminds me a lot of fun dip.Will see overtime if it does what it's advertised to do. Overall happy with it and would purchase again.

These chewable tablets are a great alternative to tablets or capsules you have to swallow. Chewable tablet texture is a tad grainy but not off putting. Flavor is as you would expect from a chewable supplement, palatable but not something i want to eat multiples of. This supplement price wise compares nicely to other supplements but is more ideal for me as I hate swallowing supplements. After transitioning to this supplement I never noticed an negative effects so i feel that it is as effective as my past supplement, which is great.

I’m really loving these since I can’t swallow pills but I recommend cutting them half and taking either half the dose or two separate times of the day because they give you horrible acid reflux. I knew it was these because of when it started and so I went down a Reddit rabbit hole and apparently it gives tons of people really bad heartburn. Once I cut the dose in half it was great and I’ve been using it ever since. Seems to be making my periods way more regular. I’m also using it for PCOS.

My sister recommended these to replace the 4 capsules a day I was swallowing. Now, I would rather do that than ever chew my medicine, but my daughter is a different story. Sis said, “it tastes like the FunDip stick” and I said, “SOLD”. My daughter is now on a streak taking these.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I’ve been taking for about a month post partum and i already notice a huge difference. Less night sweats. My period started back up , and my moods have been more even keel and less all over the place! 10/10 recommend!

I bought these in August 2024 and I LOVED them. Also thought they were really helpful in regulating my cycle, they also tasted good so I looked forward to taking them in the morning. I love that it’s just one a day vs other inositol that is 3-4 pills a day. However, they pulled them off the market for awhile I saw they were back on and purchased again but I’m very disappointed because the flavor and texture has completely changed. Now they are SO chalky and gross. Don’t know if I got a bad batch or not but I’m considering not repurchasing.
