My wife broke both bones in her lower leg near the ankle! We are 8 months past the initial accident and almost done with physical therapy. She still had a limp and tenderness along with strange feelings and random pain in the ankle area. A friend recommended red light therapy since it worked for her and some horses they were doing therapy with. It is helping! The scars are less noticeable, and my wife said her ankle area feels much better. It is easy to wrap this device fully around her ankle. No timer needed since it shuts off after the recommended 20 minutes. I take off the device and her ankle feels warm and she says the ankle is pain free after the sessions. We would highly recommend this device!

It's easy to wrap, lots of features, works well and is self explaining. It is though a pain to not have a rechargeable battery built in. I usually run it with a USB battery pack and have had to add a Velcro pouch to hold it. Otherwise you are tied down to a charger or have a dangling USB pack in the way.

I've been doing red light therapy on and off for years, for general health. But had overlooked it recently, when I hurt my wrist. I'm a 64 year old grandmother, who's 10 year old granddaughter came to visit during her Christmas break. She brought her new hoverboard, which I absolutely had to try!!Well, after watching a couple videos, I gave it a shot!! ...in the kitchen where I could grab the counter if needed. I managed to get on and quickly graduated to the dining room. I was so proud of myself! LOL!! But in 1/1000 of a second, I found myself on the floor after trying to dismount. I broke my fall with my left hand, straining my wrist pretty badly.That was New Years day. 10 days later, I still couldn't use my left hand due to significant pain. I ordered a wrist heating pad, and this red light wrap. While the heating pad definitely made it feel better, the red lights healed it!! I used it once a day for 45 minutes, following the heating pad. After 3 days of use, I woke up with almost no pain! It was 75% better. I was totally blown away!! Two days after that, it was 95% healed!!!That was less than a week ago, and my wrist is still a bit sore when I bend it wrong, BUT, it's 98% healed, and I'm able to use 7lb weights to re-strengthen it.I'm now an absolute believer in the miraculous healing power of red light therapy!!! This wrap will be useful for many parts of the body, and I'm very glad I purchased it. 👍

I really like the automatic shut-off function, as it's easy to lose track of time. It has a pleasant heat when you turn up the intensity. The velcro has a decent amount of adhesion, so it stays wherever you want it to stay.

The middle setting stopped working at all after a few uses.

I only got this yesterday so can't say if it's made a difference yet, however, I like the science behind red light and NRL therapy. It is easy to put on and works as expected. It attaches to my battery which fits in my jeans pocket making it easier to move around
