Free delivery and returns on eligible orders. Review: Five star performance but see *important note* in review. - I use a bluetooth transmitter to listen on Apple Airbuds to a Sony TV. This Avantree Audikast 3 was purchased to replace an older 1Mii B03 Bluetooth 5.0 Transmitter Receiver that had never worked very well. Whereas the sound from the 1Mii often dropped out and had recently become unusable, this little Avantree unit, one quarter the size of the older 1Mii, gives crystal clear sound and is an excellent buy. I love the way that all the instructions are accessed via QR codes on the unit and paper instruction insert. Cables for USB power optical and 3.5mm audio connections are included so it's ready to go. ***Important note: We almost returned it as not working as no light could be seen to suggest that it was working - We'd not realized that the top was completely covered with an opaque label so once removed, it was revealed in all its glory*** Review: Good but needs line of sight over any distance . - This actually works better and connects quicker than the std Aventree docking/charging station that comes with the headphones. only real problem is it needs line of sight to work well so even at 10 yrds in another room it will not work. ## Features - [WIDE COMPATIBILITY] The Audikast 3 supports TVs with optical (TOSLINK) and AUX (3.5mm) audio output ports. It allows you to wirelessly stream audio to Bluetooth headphones or earbuds. Note: Not compatible with hearing support devices. - [BOOSTED VOLUMES] Transmitters connected via optical sometimes suffer from low volumes that cannot be adjusted; the Audikast 3 is one of the only transmitters on the market that alleviates this by boosting the volume of optical connections by up to 6dB. - [POWERED BY QUALCOMM] With its advanced Qualcomm chipset, the Audikast 3 delivers clearer sound, stable connections, and improved battery life for connected devices – all backed by Avantree's 20+ years of Bluetooth expertise. - [NO LIP-SYNC DELAYS] Get perfectly synced audio and visuals when you pair the Audikast with compatible aptX-Adaptive supporting headphones, such as the Aria Me or Audition 3. - [DUAL LINK] Pair your Audikast with two pairs of headphones simultaneously and share your enjoyment with your loved one. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0DK8TC1WJ | | Audio Input | Optical TOSLINK, 3.5mm AUX | | Audio Output Mode | Stereo | | Audio Output Type | Optical, AUX | | Best Sellers Rank | 5,324 in Electronics & Photo ( See Top 100 in Electronics & Photo ) 78 in Audio & Video Adapters | | Bluetooth support? | Yes | | Box Contents | AUX 3.5mm Audio Cable, Audikast 3 Transmitter, Optical Audio Cable, Type C Power Cable | | Brand | Avantree | | Brand Name | Avantree | | Colour | Black | | Compatibility Options | TV with optical (TOSLINK) or AUX (3.5 mm) audio outputs, Bluetooth-enabled headphones or earphones | | Compatible Devices | TVs equipped with Optical (TOSLINK) or AUX (3.5mm) audio output ports | | Connectivity Technology | Optics (Toslink) or AUX (3.5 mm) | | Connectivity technology | Optics (Toslink) or AUX (3.5 mm) | | Connector Type Used on Cable | Optical, 3.5mm Auxiliary | | Control Method | Remote | | Controller Type | Button Control | | Country of Origin | China | | Customer Reviews | 4.3 out of 5 stars 726 Reviews | | Enclosure Material | Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) | | Hardware Interface | Bluetooth | | Includes Remote | No | | Installation Type | wired | | Item Weight | 0.16 Kilograms | | Item weight | 0.16 Kilograms | | Manufacturer | Avantree | | Material | Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS) | | Media Types | MP3, WAV, WMA, AAC, FLAC | | Model Name | Audikast 3 | | Number of Channels | 2 | | Power Source | Corded Electric | | Power source | Corded Electric | | Product Features | 1. aptX-Adaptive Support; 2. It does not output audio to wired stereo systems. **Q: What range can I expect?** A: The Audikast reaches up to 100ft / 30m in open space, but the range may vary due to obstacles, interference, headphones reception, and the number of devices connected to the transmitter. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five star performance but see *important note* in review. *by K***R on 25 March 2025* I use a bluetooth transmitter to listen on Apple Airbuds to a Sony TV. As a rough guide the curl in a wire can lift it off the ground as it recoils. However assuming you are setting it up and leaving it, and get your curls out the cable, then it is awesome. Good solid connection, no disconnects, great sound, easy to setup and works like a treat! ## Frequently Bought Together - Avantree Audikast 3 - Bluetooth 5.3 Transmitter for TV Audio with aptX Adaptive, Compatible with Optical & AUX Output, Dual Headphone Connection, 100ft Range - Amazon Basics Toslink Digital Optical Audio Cable, Multi-Channel, for Audio System, Sound Bar, Home Theatre, Gold-Plated Connectors, 6 Foot, Black - J-Tech Digital Optical Splitter 1 in 3 out for TV, Toslink Splitter 1x3 SPDIF Audio Splitter 1:1 Transmission Support LPCM2.0, DTS, Dolby Digital --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.ma/products/676870518-audikast-3-bluetooth-tv-transmitter-for-2-headphones](https://www.desertcart.ma/products/676870518-audikast-3-bluetooth-tv-transmitter-for-2-headphones) --- *Product available on Desertcart Morocco* *Store origin: MA* *Last updated: 2026-11-03*
