This is a quality knife that is far better than the price (the only reason I picked it up) would suggest. Fit and finish are excellent, the blade came laser sharp, is substantial and the handle feels great in hand and the sheath has a snappy detent and no rattle. Was planning on using it as a neck knife but it is a bit too big and heavy for that to me - still not disappointed on any level. If you're looking for a substantial, slicey knife this one will not leave you wanting more!

The 7.5 is better then expected, the edge was not bad from factory at all, but had to up it and it took a keen edge as good 14c28n does and with my moderate use/testing edge retention seems on par too, so heat treat I good and more time wiill reveal how good. Yes the handle is awkward but not uncomfortable for me.sheath is a kydex type and is pretty good, kydex is a little on thin side for my taste but is perfectly survivable. And the weight is on par for a knife with same dimensions, it IS a chunky, small workhorse. I carry one of many tops knives often so am use to chunky fixed blades. More then worth the price and ordered a second one at 19.99 it is a steal. Update, ignore the negatives especially those who claim it is junk because the k ife tip broke off, yes it does have a fine tip and a knife is NOT for prying or even digging into wood(not this design) if the tip broke it is user error. But is capable of fine detail work with tip (fine detailed) astip is THIN. I have knives that are far more suited for that type of tasks. Have 2 of these and might pick up a third as eventually they will disappear and is a good heavy knife capable of fine tip work nice edc fixed blade with thick spine. Iam a knife collector and user from expensive premium (half of my collection) to mid ,evel and some budget knives. Benchmade and spyderco are my primary carry on average. I have an idea what premium to budget is. This is a good budget knife.

I have been very impressed with this knife, specially for this price! I wear a large sized glove and the handle fits fine. No extra room, but all 4 fingers do fit on it. The points on the back end might be a little sharp for some. Not bad at all if just making a few quick cuts but I could see if doing prolonged cutting tasks it might bother you, but I spent less than a minute with 800 grit wet dry sandpaper and rounded it off and it is not a problem at all now. For this price, this steel, and this quality fit and finish it's hard to beat! Came shave sharp too! If you have a need for a smaller fixed blade, you could definitely do far worse! '

Everything about this knife is great except for the handle scales. They aren't thick enough to give you a full grip and the contouring leaves a lot to be desired. There are multiple hot spots creating discomfort, depending on which way you hold the knife. Maybe good for someone with very small hands.

Nice fixed blade knife. Razor sharp. Thick, full tang. Good fit and finish. Feels solid. Blade shape ideal for Martial Blade Concepts fighting style. Snaps in sheath securely. Personally, a tad too heavy for a neck knife, but doable. Also, keep in mind there’s no finger guard, and instead you’ll rely on the finger choil (sp?) It’s basically a slasher more than a stabber, hence a good blade for MBC style self defense. Blade geometry is very slicey, but sturdy too, for example if you needed to cut carpet or linoleum. Overall I’m very happy with this purchase. Can recommend.

I have many knives in this steel! I thought this might be cheaply built due to the low price! Wrong! The quality is flawless! The knife rides the belt nicely in a good sheath and it also fits comfortably iny front pocket! Seeing this, I ordered another one, immediately, for my kitchen. It minces garlic in almost nothing flat, and, it produces ultra thin cuts of both onions and tomatoes. I also use it to eat steaks, poultry, fish, etc. If I hit a bone while taking down chickens it will not chip. Once in the hand, this solidly built knife feels so good that I am reluctant to put it down! To top off everything, the value to price ratio is stupendous. It may be today's best buy for a fixed blade of this design, steel, and price, that is available anywhere on line!

This is one heck of a deal. I've had mine over a year, been my go to, hard use knife. I've beat on it dropped it even used as pry bar. This knife has kept going can't stop it. And I'm into the seax style bladeshape it sharpens to an acute edge holds it decently amount for 20 I haven't found a competitor

Superb knife. But if you drop it on the ground, the dull black handle makes the knife impossible to find at night or in tall grass. Wrap bright tape around the handle as soon as it arrives. Stepping on the bare blade would possibly be fatal, for you or pet. Dull black is macho, and stupid.
