Been using this for years. Whitens teeth well. Will not whiten any bonding or fake teeth like crowns.

DOn't leave on overnight
I used this as per instructions and left on my teeth for only 2 hours. My gums and lips swelled and were so sore for days. I looked like I got punched in the mouth. I can't imagine what would have happened if I'd left it on for 4 hours or overnight as the instructions say. I was going to return it, but I tried something different. I "painted" it on tooth by tooth with a small paintbrush and then put the mouth guard on. It took longer, but this worked great and no swelling or pain. My teeth are noticeably whiter. I recommend this product, but with caution. Also, you will need to reapply the whitener about once weekly. I stopped for a while and my teeth got "coffee-ed" pretty quick.
