These have a good amount of ginger, turmeric, and cinnamon, which taste wonderful when steeped in hot water and allowed to cool enough to drink. Don't wait till it's cold, because it does not taste good cold. I used this to calm an upset stomach or when I have a stomach flu.

I like the flavor. It's nice to enjoy a cup in the evening while watching TV. Soothing! (Even if the TV show isn't!)

My brother and sister in law recommended making tea with these. I used them with a little honey and lemon and now thoroughly enjoy my tea every morning. Added benefit of dandelion boosting my immune system.

I love to have a cup of tea when I want to take a break and relax... This tea has a wonderful blend of tea/cinnamon flavor. Its subtle and I think it's just perfect! I'm very happy with my purchase... I love to make my own iced tea using a blend of different tea bags... This really takes it over the top!

I was told by a nurse at work that this tea would reduce my blood pressure, and it did!!!!

I like the taste and drink one cup a day. But it is pricey.
