Good size, not too hard.
This is just really pretty. It was a lot of black, so keep that in mind, but I love it.

Buyer beware - smaller than advertised
This was my 5th Diamond Painting and I was able to complete this one in a week. However it was supposed to be 12 X 12 and my finished picture is 9.5 by 9.75 - much smaller than advertised! It was supposed to be a Christmas gift and I already purchased a 14 x 14 inch frame and a blue mat to go with this painting. Now I have to find a different 12 x 12 picture, but really wanted to give the cat picture. The kit was complete and had no issues with the quality, but the size isn't even close. Disappointed.
