Always clean it after use to avoid moulds

Doesn't work
ordered one and the knob falls off and pulse does not work. Returned and ordered a second one and it had the same issue. Not good.

Quality
This product seems high quality and making smoothies with frozen fruit is a breeze, very happy and after looking at others in stores locally, this price and product won hands down. Also I received a message back from them to offer me a free 1 year extended warranty. Bob on.

Powerful motor and blades
Although it is quite noisy it makes quick work of soups and smoothies excellent value for the money. Easy to use and powers through frozen chunks of fruit. Easy to clean by running it with soapy water and rinse.
