Being a bigger guy 6.4 340lbs I have bought many of these shirts and these rate im the top 3 that I have purchased . They don’t ride up and they aren’t uncomfortable in the heat

First, be realistic with your expectations. This is not a girdle and it will not make your beer gut magically go away.It will however smooth things out and contain your jiggly bits. I bought these for my partner who has gained about 20 pounds and needed some help smoothing things out under a suit he hadn't worn in a couple of years. He is 6'1" 225 pounds and carries all his extra weight in his mid section. I couldn't decide on size but eventually settled on the XL/XXL. I think we could have gone M/L for extra compression but I am not sure he could've handled it (as a woman I am no stranger to shaper undergarments). This tank worked as expected - no more moobs, love handles, and I think it may have reduced how far out his pot belly sticks by about an inch. Everything just looked firmer under his dress shirt. There is room for improvement (my guy is tall and the tank straps were loose/long) but overall fit our needs.

These compression tank tops are decently made, the seams well designed not to dig into the skin and cause irritation. As all compression gear, they take a little work to get into place, but once there do take some work getting the garment not to stretch at the shoulder straps so it sits hight enough not so cause issues. I do recommend that if you sit towards the higher number on a size and are looking for decent compression, do not size up. I did so and regret that I it, as these tops only offer minimal compression and are way to loose in the armpits.As these are worn to manage a medical condition known as POTS, where compression gear is part of the treatment, I can let you know, as far as compression gear goes, these do decently well at not irritating the skin in prolonged wear and breath decently. They wash well, having been washed on cold delicate and no heat tumbled dry, the elastic lasting well and the color not fading.
