With various lumbar spine conditions, I've searched for a support that stops me feeling like my spine wants to leave the rest of my body! This works perfectly!! It helps keep posture, fits just right and I'm able to walk better as well as stand and sit without crying. The ONLY downsides are it has an odour much like a balloon, and it makes me very warm so I need a vest top underneath. Small price to pay for pain relief like this!

Arrived on time and works fine for me easy to use but don't pull too tight. If I bent over in the garden to work and pick up a few weeds I could hardly straighten up again without some serious pain. If I wear this it helps tremendously but I would not advise to wear it all the time as it gets very hot and sweaty

It’s an amazing product. Well built. I ordered a medium as I’m a size ten and it barely fits round. If I want it for my lower back it won’t fit round my hips. Order two sizes up if wanted.

Have bought several of these belts over the years. They work a charm, provides support for me when I work.Not too stiff. They are NOT like a stiff weight lifting belt, but much more supple. Thus it does not provide as much support either, but is perfect for everyday use, if you have a back problem such as I do. (I had major back surgery a few years ago, due to 9 broken discs in my back).If you have had lower back injuries, or surgery, I can highly recommend it. The welcro will wear out in a years time, if you use it on a daily basis. Also machine washable, without losing its shape or function.Unbeatable for the price, and have not had any better, even if they cost more.Wish it came in one colour, though.

I think this is the best thing I have ever purchased in my life. I had terrible back ache at work (washing up in a pub) from bending over the sink and even worse pain when I stood up again, so much so that I found I was only comfortable doing an impression of the hunchback of Notre Dame. Sitting down and lying in bed became a problem too. I bought this on a recommendation from a neighbour who does a similar job and within ten minutes of putting it on all back pain vanished.I have been using this at work for the last three months with not even a touch of back pain whether I am bending over, leaning down, stretching up etc.. Instead of thinking that I may have to get another job because of the back pain I have now been transformed into someone who loves his job and will be happy to continue doing it for a good few years yet. I cannot recommend this back support highly enough. If ever it wears out I would happily pay double to buy another.

I'm sure it should be supportive but in default of any guidance on how to wear it I've been struggling with velcro that will stick anywhere other than what I think is the right place. Oh, and it was unbearably hot and sweaty on a warmish day.

The range of sizes meant I could find a size for a young small teenager, as fit is the most important aspect. This price however is astoundingly cheap compared to others AND it arrived next day! The quality is as good as any though. It has 4 vertical ribs in the back of the small and velcro waist band with adjustable elastic tension on each side (not obvious from photos) so is as good as any other I've seen. Can't see why you would pay more elsewhere!
