Deburring Tool with 12 HSS Blades for Metal Resin PVC 3D Print

This deburring tool is a total lifesaver for my 3D prints. The build feels really solid in the hand, not cheap at all. It makes cleaning up those jagged edges super quick and satisfying, and having 12 blades included is a huge plus. Honestly, I haven’t found a single thing to complain about. If you’re tired of struggling with print cleanup, this is definitely worth picking up.

I use this for post processing on my 3d prints and this does the job pretty well. It cleans up burrs nicely and has not failed me at all. It’s a good purchase if you need a deburring tool in a pinch for how much it costs, but if you need reliability you may want to look for a higher end, reputable brand.

Great product. Many folks in the machine shop like those big shaviv handles, but I MUCH prefer a smaller handle like this for deburring parts and fresh homemade jaws for the machine. I had another the same size as this that I gave to someone else, new kid, he really liked the way it felt, so I got this one. The blades that come with it are high speed stainless and work plenty fine, but I always order some TiN coated(looks gold). Gives a cleaner smoother cut/trim after the HSS pulls off the bulk. Anyway, enjoy! You won't be disappointed!

I have purchased the red version in the past. I really like it. It stays in place and doesn't swivel. It's easy to hold and lightweight. It gets the job done without issues. I recently purchased the same tool but in blue. It swivels like crazy. It's too much. It's the same model so I'm curious as to why they function differently...

Must need for 3D Printing, especially on more entry level machines that get stringy. Works great to clean up the edges and the fact that it can rotate a bit helps clean out tight corners

When I first began working with resin, I loved the craft, but was frustrated by the sharp edges. Someone suggested a deburring tool, so I bought one similar to this. I loved the original tool so much that I bought another one like it. Honestly, I don't know how I worked without them. This tool is a metal handle into which the sharp blades fit simply by dropping them into the holder end. Changing the blades is simply the reverse, just pull the blade out and drop another in. Sounds like they would fall out, but they don't. The handle holds the blades firmly in place. The head swivels around 360°, allowing you to scrape off the sharp edges of most things without having to stop and reposition it. I've used it on hardened epoxy resin, as well as small metal pieces. It hasn't l let me down yet. It comes with plenty of blades (12) in a hard plastic case. I've only three small problems with it. First, it takes about 2-5 minutes to get the hang of using it without feeling like a klutz, due to the rotating head. 😁 Second, I'm not sure how long one blade should last. Ive been using both tools with the original blade since receiving them, first in June 2024, then this one in December 2024. 😊 In fact, I've put the replacement blades away somewhere, which brings me to my third issue. Right now I couldn't tell you where they are, so I'll have to spend some time looking for them if I ever need one. 🤔 in case, you can't tell, I mean my problems with this deburrer to be tongue-in-cheek. This little tool is one of the best investments ive ever made. I love it so much that I have to work at resisting the urge to buy more. I absolutely do highly recommend it if you have rough edges to smooth off resin, metal or any surface it recommends.

when cutting a piece of pipe, whether it's copper, brass, emt or plastic a sharp edge remains in the inside of that cut. this toll along with a twirling motion of your hand, cleans that sharp edge. it prevents those shape edge from flaking off onto your drinking water, clogging a filter or screen and it prevents you from cutting your finger. the deburring tool cleans that edge perfectly! the tool comes with 12 blades so you'll always have a sharpened tool to work with. I highly recommend it!

Goo quality tool but it spins and I hate it! I want it to not spin without having to hold the locker down or whatever this thing is called that you push down to put in the bur itself
