I'm very happy with my tactical pen. In addition to making me feel safer, it writes smoothly and feels nice and balanced in the hand. It's excellent quality. Love the pink. I would recommend.

Not sure if this would be a life saver -- it's a bit of a learning curve to figure out the actual defense mechanisms of the pen. The pen itself is functional and lends crisp writing. The pen is heavy and feels nice in your hand. This would definitely be good to stun a potential attacker -- definitely enough to get them off of your track for a bit.

A nefarious sort would not suspect that this little pink pen packs a big surprise. Solid construction and lightweight. Great bolt action that deploys and retracts the pen tip. Good writing instrument. Glass break feature is a plus. Seems unbreakable.

The quality of this pan is wonderful. It is very strong and unbreakable. This may be a pen, but could also be a life saver at some point. The size and weight of this is no more than just a typical pen. For something that could help you, especially a woman walking alone these days, the value of this pen is priceless.

I ordered this pen for two reasons: novelty and functionality. First, I collect pens and don’t have anything like this in my collection. I was intrigued by the possibility of owning a writing pen that could potentially save my life. Second, I was interested in the glass-break function and wanted to add it to my safety kit.I’m impressed with this unassuming pink pen. It’s made with quality materials and comes ready for gifting. It feels heavy and durable and it's easy to use as a pen. I like that it is refillable. I also like the fact that it was made bright pink to make it even less suspicious. I hope I don’t have to use it in any of the situations advertised, but I’m glad Atomic Bear put up videos about how to use it just in case.

I have been looking for a bolt action tactical pen, and this is almost just what I wanted! I like it so much I would even use it in pink, but as much as almost everything about it is great, it doesn't not fit comfortably in my hand.I usually like thick pens for my XXL hands, but the ways the curves and thick part fit together, it's uncomfortable for me to hold. My daughter also loves pens and says it's comfortable for her, so I gave it to her.The bolt action mechanism is one of the best I've used. It is VERY clickable and fidgety. That alone made me like the pen.The DNA gatherer is quite effective, so just be careful of the tip when you're using the pen for writing and fidgeting.The window breaker is also very pointy. It has a rubber cap which isn't super easy to get off and back on, but maybe that improves the chances of it not getting lost.The pen is well-made with quality materials. As a young woman, I used to carry mace, but if I carried the little bottle around too long the spray would dry up. I felt a stealth pen like this one would be a great alternative self-defense tool, or at least a back up to mace. I love that the pen's features are not obvious, which means that it is more likely to come as a surprise to any assailant. With the pen clip, I can attach it to a pocket or a purse strap. In the pink color I ordered, the pen is even more innocuous.The pen comes with a card that you can scan to access a video the manufacture made which shows the different ways to hold the pen to maximum effect; how to get the cap off quickly, to access the glass cutting feature, and how to use the opposite end, both when the pen is out or when it's retracted. The video even tells you where the best place is on the car to try to cut the glass (go for the sides, not the front windshield).What I really like is that the stealth pen actually writes. This is a good quality ink pen. It's well made for defense purposes, but that also means that it doesn't fall apart after being jumbled around in my purse for a couple of weeks.The non-slip exterior and grooves on the pen make it easy to hold for extended periods when writing and I can imagine that they keep it from slipping when you're cutting glass, too. I like the sturdy bulk of the pen between my fingers.

I was fully expecting this to be cheaply made and easy to break. Wow i was so wrong! I'm not at all lacking in strength and i could not break it with both hands. I couldn't even really bend it. I couldn't find a single flimsy part on this thing. I thought the window breaking part that comes out would be a bit flimsy too, but it was super strong. It really works well as a incognito self defense weapon. I went on an international flight with it to Lithuania and it didn't raise any flags in my personal bag through security or anywhere else.
