Works great!
This product works just as described. Haven’t used a great deal but have had to change the bobbin and it was a breeze.

Best product I purchased in a long time
The Clearly Perfect Angles is a wonderful easy product to use. It is not just for making half square triangles but it is great for accurate 1/4” seam allowances. It also is very forgiving. I over cut in 2 places - but a small piece of masking tape fixed the problem. It was also nice to receive a thank you card with contact information should I have a problem. Even better was the price.

Great on a smooth surface
I bought this after seeing a video on YouTube demonstrating the features. I had recently been struggling with sewing dozens of squares on the diagonal and this product made it look so easy to align and sew without having to "eyeball" the alignment. The template adheres to the sewing table by static, there is no adhesive involved so it can removed, repositioned, and replaced over and over. The only problem is that it sticks to smooth surfaces but not other surfaces. I have a Bernina and their sewing table has a pebbled surface so unfortunately this template won't stick to it!I also an Elna that does have a smooth surface so this template works great on that machine. If the template will stick to your sewing surface then it's great for aligning on a 45 degree and it also has an extended centerline to help with alignment. It works as advertised and makes these situations simple and easy.Check for a smooth surface before you buy and you will get good use of this template!

Just Get It, A Gagdget You Will Use
I love it. I was slow to purchase this item, viewing it several times, so glad I finally did get it. I love to sew the quilt top, that is until I get to the part where you have to attach long strips for borders and binding. Lining it up, drawing the line, I just dreaded the process. This changes everything, I'm quickly lining up one strip after the other, using that middle line as my guide stitch down the center for that angled seam, comes out perfect.. The plastic guide stays put, easy to position, Haven't decided if I will cut a flap for the bobbin for now I'm fine simply lifting up the front portion, laying it back down, no repositioning required. So in my opinion, this is money well spent and not just another gadget that will quickly end up stowed away in the sewing drawer.

Start with a clean surface
It will stick better if you begin with a clean surface. I’m still getting the hang of how to line up my pieces to get the perfect units. Once I get more practice it will work perfectly I’m sure. I just leave it on my surface all the time-they said it will last longer that way. My only concern is that my fabric doesn’t slide across the sewing table as well. There is a bit of tackiness.Overall I’m happy with it. Will save so much time by not having to mark my 120 fabric squares!

Don't care for it
I dont like how it curls up in the space that was cut out for the needle and feed dogs

Doesn't hold up
The markings are great and improve accuracy tremendously without having to draw a line to sew on, but this tool didn't last three months so I cannot recommend it.Where the hole has to be cut out for the feed dogs, the back edge kept snagging on my fabric, so I ended up using double-stick tape under that area, which worked. The tool doesn't adhere well at the edges either, so I ended up having to tape those down too. Eventually, the area where I applied the double stick tape began to tear and snag the fabric again. Today I gave up trying to fix it.
