Want to return & take refund of my money as product not keeping food temperature promised duration
It's not keeping food hot even I'm the hot summar day. Food that was packed in boiling temperature gets cold or bare warm within innr to 5 hours. This is not meeting the expected quality or standard performance as mentioned in the product description and product advertisement. I would like to return and take refund. I couldn't submit my review or return in time as I was unwell abd hospitalized for over 3 weeks. Appreciate support from Amazon and it's selling partner.

Best tifin for daily purpos , very good quality and it maintains food temperature , easy to clean and it comes with good capacity

Bag handle stitching and quality not good
The tiffin box is Ok but the bag handle is very poor quality. The stitching came off in a week. The gaskets in the boxes are already becoming a little loose within few days of using and are coming off when trying to open the boxes
