In my experience, this is the only product that keeps my dog from digging in planted areas. Sprays do not work, and there is enough in this bag to last through several applications. He will still walk through the areas, but he does not dig and seems more likely to seek other places to hangout instead of in the bushes. The best price is through Amazon.

This product didn't work at all for me. Total waste of my money. I distributed it thickly along my curb and on it and the bushes, and watched multiple dogs pee in the area I had treated hours earlier. It does have a strong smell, but it didn't deter any dogs, it only deters me by the smell I guess. Don't purchase this product.

I think it works; however, the granules burned my lawn when I set-up a perimeter around my lawn. So, take extra caution when using this item.

Live in a sub, house had sat empty for awhile and apparently became the neighborhood doggy doo deposit locale. Used Scram fairly regularly and it seems to have made a difference. Hard to tell definitively as there's still been one or two turds deposited. We also dumped massive amounts of red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper and the occasional spray of bleach in an attempt to get the dogs to move along.In my opinion, it's a little expensive for what you get (but similar in price to similar product). It's better than doing nothing and living with dog s*** in yer yard everyday. It's better than becoming the crazy man on the corner who shouts at his neighbors as they walk their dogs. Not 100% effective but does seem to work. Follow instructions and apply more after it rains.

Does not work for dogs. My dog thought is was a tasty snack.

I tried to use Scram to deter my Great Pyrenees from re-digging Pyr holes after I fill them in. She dug up her favorite spot and posted up there most of the night - immediately after I spread it over a freshly filled hole.Expensive and useless as a deterrent. The only benefit I found is my dog's coat had a fresh mint scent for several days.

We haven't had either dogs or coyotes enter our yard since we spread this.
