Assembly of this chair was simple, with very clear instructions and a labelled pack of bolts. There is however one part of the assembly that was very difficult to do on my own, and that was slotting the back part into the seat part. Customer Service was very helpful, however there is definitely some strength required to do this bit. The chair is very comfortable to sit in, and the back has a good height. The massage function is not really worth bothering with, you can hardly feel it. So if you are particularly looking for a massage chair this probably isn't it. But if you're looking for a comfortable office chair for a reasonable price then I would recommend this one. It looks great too.

So this came today I wanted a chair for my nail desk, it's not bad at all comfortable however I did expect the massage to be better its just vibrating nothing spectacular, but for the price it's not bad

Nice comfy chair but lumbar support is not good for prolonged sitting and working on a desk. As suggested in other reviews , this chair does not do massage , it only vibrates . It is better for gaming than office work

Absolute terrible chair. Didn’t even last 24 hours before the chair snapped injuring myself. Only has 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. Have contacted the seller for a refund and not heard anything back nearly a week later.

Day 2 of owning the chair it snapped inside only holds up if on the lowest sitting setting. Why they didn't put the wire for the massage under the chair god only knows. Awful to put together and literally takes an army if you don't tighten the back screws all the way ( the instructions tell you not to) the back pops out the bottom when you screw the arms on. Complained to customer support they asked to send a video of the issue I sent a video and photos and heard no response waste of money time and effort
