Q: Do yoy have headsets you can just talk just into please?

This headset is pretty simple. The USB jack is only used to deliver power to the lights and can be ignored. The headphone jack is standard and has the microphone inline (one jack for hearing and speaking). On the cord there is a manual switch for toggling mute on your microphone as well as a dial for volume control. Simple, light, and pretty comfortable even after hours of use

Q: Would these headphones be good to use for call center work??

These should be sufficient for call center work. The headphones are reasonably noise blocking and the boom mic is easy to reposition.
