This is a high quality “second screen” for your phone. And it works brilliantly (according to the recipient of this - I gave it as a gift). The Beeline is a screen for your phone because your phone is the brains that makes the Beeline work. You use the Beeline app to plan your routes and do your navigation. The app uses your phone’s GPS. This is what makes this device just brilliant. You get the right amount of information to follow your route. You do not get a map on the display but you do get a schematic of where you should be going. The representation is easy to follow. I have ridden with the owner of this device and he is happy. The associated app is great for creating your routes. The Moto II is a really simple and effective device that displays the information you NEED when navigating on a motorbike.

Original review invalid as this was down to my understanding of settings required. Sorted the settings and it now works like a dream. Now really pleased. Had really high hopes but I've been disappointed. Pros - Looks really good and build quality is superb. Simple to fit and is a nice size, so looks good on handlebars. Screen is great, very clear. Charge lasts ages. The turn sound is very easy to hear, even with ear defenders and a helmet. Cons - I find it difficult to use, certainly not as intuitive as I was hoping. Screen has gone off when using,which is ridiculous when using it as a sat nav ! The route instructions are not as quick or clear to update, as needed to effectively follow. I will keep trying but so far very disappointing, particularly given the claims of how easy and straightforward it's supposed to be.

Fantastic piece of kit. Simply a phone repeater really but in such a way as to lay out the basics of the navigation easily, clearly and simplistic so as you can keep your eyes on the road! Very easy to use, long life battery would cover an entire day riding if you're that way inclined or with power - forever. A sturdy and well crafted product. Route planner works very well on the phone and really, really easy to set up and go!

Used it for first time today, what a great piece of kit. I thought it was slightly overpriced but after using it it's great value. Precise, accurate and is the business. You need one of these..

Was unsure about this unit, but I’m very happy with the performance and way that the information is presented. The screen, display and instructions are paired down and so you only get what you really need well ahead of time

Simple to use and doesn’t clutter up the handlebars. Just works great.

Never buy it misses your turn then tell you to you turn round or diverts you out of the way from your destination worst sat nav going for a motorbike.

Previously just used Google maps on my phone, which was very limited when you wanted to set a specific route (i.e. not the shortest path). This is much more configurable in terms of your path (especially without having to press to say continue to the next waypoint, impossible when your phone is in your pocket). The display gives just enough information without being distracting, and can be read very quickly, without the Google maps issue of only getting. Directions when it's too late to make the turn.
