Floradix liquid iron Formula 500 milliliter

Keeps the whole family going through the winter! I take this daily as I get tired and ill especially in the winter. Older and younger family members take it when needed or every other day. It helps to keep us all well. I can definitely feel the benefits of this. Used for 20 plus years.

Tastes ok n feel better already ....in fact both my sister( age 75) and I (66) have taken this for two weeks and truly feel like we've been given an injection of life?!! Skin, hair,nails much better condition and energy levels better than in years! Amazing stuff. Keep a bottle in for future Nasty flu bugs!!

Can't complain about Floradix - easy to take, very tastey and effective

Very handy to have an iron supplement and liquid form for quick absorption. Please, however, do not take it on an empty stomach as directed on the bottle this will lead to heartburn or worse. Take a big glass of water immediately after it (at the very minimum) and after having had something to eat that day (not first thing in the morning). Please also do not exceed the recommended dosage (10 ml in one serving if you are an adult). Have noticed significant nail growth and hopefully hair growth will follow soon. Both have been growing very slowly since I became a vegetarian 10 years ago. This has definitely helped. My energy levels are about the same - although this may be because I haven’t been sleeping well due to other reasons. Lastly, the size is too big if only one person in the household is having it - it needs to be consumed within four weeks. So you’re better off getting 2 smaller bottles if that is the case.
