I understand the highlight of this is the Hip Band, so I’ll focus on it first. I purchased this package to compare this band to my Hip Circle 2.0 as well as to get the package of mini bands. Since I have the Hip circle already the mini bands were the main attraction for me.*I measured the hip band at a little over 16 inches long ( hip Circle is 14 inches long )*(-)Pheral Hip Band resistance is minimal, when I get in a shoulder width squat stance there’s barely any resistance. I have to get in a wide squat or sumo squat for the band to get tension.Basically it’s like Hip Circle2.0 is extreme tension and this Pheral Hip Band is very Light tension.I’m 5’9 190lbs, honestly the mini bands give me better glute activation than the hip band, when doing side to side steps, squats, hip thrusts.It’s so loose I can’t even do basic clamshells laying down.(+) I can find things to use it for though that are too difficult with the Hip Circle such as step lunges, donkey kicks, squat jacks, plank jacks.The 3 mini bands on the other hand are shorter length compared to other mini bands I’ve purchased.(+) they seem to be well made, I’ve used them in a variety of ways, upper body and lower body exercises.Although these mini bands are a “bonus item” they really are the highlight of the package.(-) the mini bands aren’t labeled by resistance level

Great product!
These work great! I love the thick black band. It has a lot of resistance. I have been using it for a couple weeks and can already tell a difference in my lower body strength. Definitely would recommend this purchase to others. I even showed them to a colleague and she plans to purchase this as well. I also received an email from the seller asking if I was satisfied. Looks like good customer service as well!

Good set
I do like these bands but the loop is really too small for larger thighs. They are great for ankle movements and anything with your arms. The additional hip circle is great to keep the loops from rolling
