Paper quality, binding and finishing is excellent. Flap pocket at back is an added advantage. Overall it's worth the money. One star was reduced only because of number of pages. Had it been few more pages, it really deserves 5 star.

Price should be lower, not that great at all. The pen feels cheap, and the cover for which I bought this feels low in quality. If the return is applicable then I will do that.
