Before I bought these I tried Shock Doctor and some other more expensive brands for my 11-year-old with no luck. These actually work for her when the others didn’t! I am so impressed. I got the size medium and it fits her perfectly.

I'm an adult with a very small mouth and I wear children's sized eyeglasses as well. I bought the small and it worked great for me. For a child, I still think although they would make it work, it would be a bit cumbersome for them. I read all the reviews that parents were happy, but yes, it's small, although still a bit thick. All this is the best you can get, plus you get 4 and a case. A great value.

Says medium but no way an adult can fit this. Seems only big enough to fit a young child! I did not open sealed packaging but still can't exchange for a bigger size!

Our 9 year old grinds his teeth quite a bit: he has been using small size mouth guards but they are at the point now where they don’t quite cover his molars. The time had come to upgrade.These work well, I think the vast majority of the ones on Amazon are the same. One thing I liked more about this one was the case that came with it, it had holes so that it could vent out and dry instead of keep all the moisture inside.Fitting them is easy, just boil for 10 seconds and then have the kid suck in tightly.

Bought these for grinding issues. They don’t work if they aren’t fitted to your mouth. Ended up tossing them
