I bought this to relieve pain and compression in my neck and upper back. This system works well and using it with a door is very easy. The the stitching along the neck brace can be a little scratchy, which is minor, considering it's holding my body weight. And I would say this is for teens and older.

Works like a charm. I would give it a 5 if the length could be easily adjusted versus tying a new knot. It does come with instructions (some review said it did not). Operates just like the one at my chiropractor.

Good quality made product. assembly was straight forward and it works as intended. this devise has corrected my C7 Cervical spine issue. I would recommend that the user needs to know the correct way to use this devise for proper results. there are several videos online that can guide you.

Love this product. Really feels good on the neck. I would say though you might wanna attach this product to your wall rather than putting it on the top of your door. I say that because you don’t want to stress your door. Along with you not being able to get it at the proper height for yourself

No instructions. Unhelpful diagrams for use. Very elementary design that should be easier to use correctly.

Don’t pay $180 for this at the chiropractor. This is the same thing. Hooks over the door / no damage or scratches. I use this 2 x per day, 20 slow stretches. It helps. Easy peasy assembly.
