Good quality made product.assembly was straight forward and it works as intended.this devise has corrected my C7 Cervical spine issue.I would recommend that the user needs to know the correct way to use this devise for proper results.there are several videos online that can guide you.

Works just fine and has instructions
Works like a charm. I would give it a 5 if the length could be easily adjusted versus tying a new knot. It does come with instructions (some review said it did not). Operates just like the one at my chiropractor.

Love this product. Really feels good on the neck. I would say though you might wanna attach this product to your wall rather than putting it on the top of your door. I say that because you don’t want to stress your door. Along with you not being able to get it at the proper height for yourself

This device can be very helpful.
This traction works well. Just be sure not to pull too hard or let your body weight pull against it too much because it can cause some damage. I have experience, lol.
