I chose the Kayseari Tocotrienols because I was looking for a high quality "D" that was not a synthetic substitute manufactured with chemicals. I wanted something that came from natural sources, My belief is that the body doesn't really benefit form synthetics, and they can actually be detrimental to your health.So, that being said, my purpose for wanting a D is to use it as a vehicle to ingest a progesterone powder, applied to my gums. This is Tocotrienols form of Vitamin E - as opposed to Tocopherals. Had previously used Tocopherals and wanted to try this form of Vitamin E. 4 stars because it is not effective at all - for me.
