The right dimensions are 33x27x19 based on the measurements that i've just taken concerning the city pack. Hoping to be helpful

Q: Is this backpack suitable for grown-ups? will it be appropriate for an adult to carry it?

Hi, I well passed my 50s and still buying this kind of backpack, cannot leave without it, carrying around all the time from work to after work (very busy with kids activities, handbags definitely not good for my lifestyle!). I always go for a plain colour (dark grey at the moment so it fits with everything) but you can be less classic if you feel it!

Yes it will easily but only inside the main bag. Not secure compartment at the back of the bag.

Q: I noticed a few reviewers have mentioned the lack of padding on straps. Has this been a problem for anyone especially if the bag is heavy? Thanks

Hi, Yes I found the bag was too heavy to use without having any padding on the straps. It is very sad but Kipling rarely do any bags with a pocket (like this one does have) on the outside - if the straps had been padded it would have been perfect for me.
