A Rich Golden Color and Delicate Taste
This honey is wonderful and I love that it comes in a 12-pound pail. I use it mostly in my morning tea, but it is so delicious I also drizzle it on my pancakes, waffles, toast, and hot breakfast cereal and add a dab of butter, cinnamon, cut banana or berries and feel like I am seated at some outdoor Parisian Cafe having a gourmet dessert! It's also thick and great just to take a spoon and dip it in and savor it this way. The sweetness is not overpowering and always enhances whatever I add it to. Great buy and I will definitely purchase this again.

Great for mead making
Great honey -- good "neutral" flavor without any overwhelming features making it perfect for a melomel (that's a mead with fruit added!). Will buy again from here certainly.

Makes great honey and lemon tea.
Great Honey. Saw on youtube with lemon juice good for poor circulation. The circulation in my toes was horrendous. The stayed cold, numb and were darkenimg. After the honey and lemon the very first sign of circulation was "tingling" in my toes, then they got lighter.

Great tasteing honey, flavorful and crisp.
Tasted crisp, and fresh. Had notes of apple and cinnamon, to my taste. Makeing a large batch of Mead with it, will see raw, unfiltered quality soon.
