Would this power a kettle or hair dryer?

Generator is rated at 1000W and will run anything up to that rating. Simply look at the wattage of the item you wish to power and if its below 1000w the generator will power it. If you wish to power more than one item then add the combined wattage of these items to ensure its below 1000w. I personally have powered Drills, sanders, jigsaws and a heat gun with no problems. Great litle generator.

Could this be used as an emergency electric veichal charger?

The generator is rated at 1000watts. Check the power requirements for the charger, if it’s lower than 1000watts then yes.

What is the full tank capacity

2.3 litres stated, but you can get approx 2.5-2.6 litre to the max.

Would this generator power up a PS4 okay?

As a PS4 uses only a max of 165w the generator should be adequate as it can provide up to 1000w, although will need to add in additional power consumption of accessories such as monitor to be sure.
