Why did you pick this product vs others?:I researched quite a few of the inexpensive Espresso machine. The SOWTECH was the best based on price, quality and ease of use. I wish the frothing process was a quicker but it's makes a great latte!!

It does what it needs to, at a cost effective rate! It doesn't feel as high end as the one I had used in the café I worked at but it gets it done!

It does just what it says. It doesn't take up much counter space and makes espresso for hot or cold blenders, and even foths milk if you want it. Great little work horse at an even greater price.

I buy this is brand just because in my job we have this is coffee mashine. Manager buys to workers new fancy machine, but we not use that fancy machine, because my coworkers Cubans love strong espresso , and they tell what fancy machine not made strong coffee like this is little mashine. 😊

Small but mighty, this espresso maker makes a surprisingly decent pot of espresso, and its small form factor makes it ideal for those without the counter space for a larger model. Both the operation and cleanup are relatively simple and straightforward as well.Why 4 stars instead of 5: The big downside is that the quantity of coffee that actually makes it into the pot is somewhat unpredictable. If attempting to make a full pot, I usually have to turn the unit off, wait a half minute, and then turn it back on in order to coax it to use the rest of the water in the reservoir. This problem rears its head more than half the time I've used it, and I haven't yet been able to figure out what's causing it.You should also be aware that the unit gets very hot, so even after releasing residual pressure, if you're looking to make a second pot right away, you will likely need to use gloves that offer some thermal protection to unscrew the cap on the reservoir, so if you're making espresso for a large gathering, this unit will present some challenges.Also noteworthy: the first pot I made had a distinct taste of plastic to it, though that has not been a problem since. More than just washing it, I would recommend running it once to clean everything out before making anything you plan on drinking.All that being said, it offers good value for the money, and the small form factor and ease of cleanup make it a good gift for any dormitory bound students in your life who might need to work late.

This espresso machine is perfect, compact and works fantastic . Idn why some comments were saying it exploded. I see that probably happened because they aren't screwing on the top completely tight or they aren't packing the coffee part, correctly. Pack the coffee TOO TIGHT and it will "pop" ....but if you so everytbing correctly you will enjoy a perfect cup of coffee everytime like i have. The machine is PERFECT and makes the coffee nice and steaming hot !!! You can add milk without an issue. Its PERFECTBUY IT. MY REVIEW WASNT PAID ! TYSM ♡♡♡
