I pored over endless rollators on Amazon wanting to purchase one that is well-made and will last. The first thing to know is that the handles used to push the rollator are adjustable allowing me to stand straight up without hunching over. I can also put my weight on my forearms to push it so that my Arthritis is not aggravated from gripping the handles.When used as a wheelchair, my tall husband can easily adjust the handles so it is better suited for his height when he is pushing me. The seat is comfortable for breaks when walking. I have used this on hikes over dirt and gravel, and it handles nicely. My only concern is that it is not as compact as my featherweight wheelchair, so I will not be using it when I fly. This may not be a problem for others, just my preference. It is well-made and seems like it will endure over the years. I do not regret this purchase.

I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis in my hips. I got this hoping it would help my mobility.WOW, has it ever! It glides over my wood floors effortlessly. So worth it.

This walker/chair combo is very good. My aunt was a bit worried it would be too heavy, but she was impressed with how easy it is to move around. I was happy with how easy it was to assemble and fold for transportation. We're all happy that this has made it easier for my aunt to move around!

This is great to be able to use indoors or outdoors as either a rollator, or it easily converts to a transport wheelchair (easily removable foot rests). Some assembly is required - but you don't need any of your own tools to put it together. This is very sturdy. There is a convenient storage bag underneath the seat. It also includes a cup holder & a holder at the lower end that can be used for a cane or umbrella. The seat is 15” wide & 14” depth - which isn’t very big in my opinion for my size (5”3” and 150 lbs.). Therefore, my concern is that a very obese person may not squeeze in between this on the seat very comfortably - if at all. The overall size is good for transporting in the back of the car. Excellent for the right size person.

I’ll start with what I like about it. It was relatively easy and quick to put together. It took less than 15 minutes to assemble, and no tools were required (except for scissors to remove packaging). The instructions had some inconsistencies with labeling, however, it was pretty intuitive. The basket underneath the seat is nice for storage, and the foot rests fit inside. The wheels roll smoothly and feel sturdy. While I don’t think someone with mobility issues requiring this product should be trying to use it on bumpy/rocky/uneven surfaces, the 10” wheels can handle all terrain.It has a “curb climber” - I’m not sure how it works. There are no instructions, and I even tried looking it up and couldn’t find anything about it.My biggest complaints are related to safety. There is no locking brake, which I assumed is standard feature for transport devices like this. Also, the brake cables are too long, which increases the risk of something (or someone) getting caught.It folds up, but it’s not very compact. It is kind of bulky. The footrests are removable and hook into place. They fold up but don’t swing around. You have to unhook them and then rehook them out of the way. An elderly person might not be able to bend down that low to easily do that. They’re not secured in place, so they could potentially come off the hooks and turn into an obstacle. The strap on one of the footrests arrived twisted (see photo). I should be able to fix it, but it would have been nice for all of the pieces to arrive ready to go. Similarly, the brakes were set too tight, so I needed to loosen it up for the whole thing to roll smoothly.

This rollator walker has been fantastic for my grandma! It’s sturdy, smooth, and gives her the flexibility to walk or ride when she gets tired. The seat is really comfortable, and the wide backrest offers great support when she needs to rest. She especially loves the big wheels—they roll easily over uneven ground like grass and sidewalks without any trouble. I feel much better knowing she’s safe with the dual brakes and seatbelt. The little extras like the cane holder and basket are super handy too. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort and safety in one!
