I felt like this multivitamin was of average size, easy to swallow, and had no bad taste or after taste. I trust the brand as I’ve seen it in my health food store and I know they really look into all of their supplements. I've been using Garden of Life for 15 years and have never been dissatisfied. This product follows the same suit. The capsules are an average size and I'm so impressed that with this sufficing as a multivitamin, probiotic and beauty nutrient, you only need to take one a day! I don't like swallowing pills so only needing to take one is huge for me. I also love that the bottle is an appropriate size. Many times you get these huge, half-full bottles that take up an obnoxious amount of space. These are compact and manageable.
