Leg lifter design is handy for some. Doesn't have enough height range. Not convenient for folding
I am 6 feet tall and have been using a cane for 7 years. I can't adjust this one down to the height I prefer. It only adjusts from 36" to 39". So, be sure to know your preferred height. I also had a bit of difficulty setting the height. One of the lock buttons got stuck down in the tube. I had to use a long screwdriver to coax it back into position. Once in position, it locked in, no problem. I mention that because it's advertised as good for travel because it folds into a compact unit. To do that, you actually have to remove the sections by using the lock buttons, which then requires you to basically set it up again. Not very convenient for bus or car rides where you want to quickly unfold it. If you need help raising your leg, the foot lift design might be nice to have.

Excellent! Especially for uneven ground outside.
I recently injured my knee and needed a cane. This cane is so perfect. I love that the bottom is wide and flat so that it doesn't sink into soft ground the way a regular cane does. The flat foot also lets you stand it up on its own, unlike regular canes that need to lean or be hooked onto something to prevent it from falling. It has a lot of height adjustment points to achieve the perfect height for just about any adult of average height. It is very sturdy, even for plus sized people. The $23 price tag makes it affordable for just about anyone. I checked to see if it could be paid for with an FSA or HSA but it looks like that is not an option at this time, but it is still a really good price.

I wish I had this sooner.
I have occasional problems with one of my hips. When it is acting up, I find it impossible to lift my leg to a reclining position or sometimes to even reposition my leg while sitting. I would have to manually lift my leg with my hands cupped under my knee or by grabbing and lifting clothing. This awkward position sometimes just aggravates the situation. This devise allows me to reach, lift, and move my foot and leg without the bending and grappling. I can easily lift my foot while keeping my back straight and my posture upright. This prevents the twisting pressure on my joints and the pain that it would cause. This is going to be a great help.It also works as a walking cane. While it does work in that capacity, I do notice a bit of ‘give’ when pressure is applied. It seems to sag and bend a bit in the curves of the cane. I do not find this to be a big issue but it is something that should be considered.Overall, I am happy to have this.

Use at your own risk
This looked like it had potential but ultimately failed in almost every way. The cane comes in two parts but three sections. The top and middle sections are connected by an internal elastic cord to allow them to stay together when folded in two.The sections need to be pushed together and then they lock into place with a small button pop up through a selection of holes to adjust the height. The height is for tall people. I'm 5'9" and a the shortest setting it is a bit higher than I like. The force required to insert the sections into one another was too much for me and required a younger stronger person to fight with it. I didn't think they would fit at all they were so tight. There is no way I could put it together or take it apart by myself. The cane will not stand on its own as advertised. At the shorted setting it will very gently balance if in a vacuum with no wind and a very flat floor without vibrations. When walking with the cane it rolls from the back edge to flat as you set in down in front of you. It is not stable and wobbles. It is extremely lightweight and doesn't feel like it would support any weight even if it sat flat and more sturdily on the walking surface.I would call this product potentially dangerous for anyone trying to use it for disability assistance when walking or even leaning on it for support. I absolutely do not recommend this product for anyone. This is a use at your own risk product. Please don't risk it.

Locks in place
So far so good. Locks in place and seems sturdy. The height adjustment was great. Arrived quickly with no delays.

Good so far.
Got this to use after an upcoming knee surgery. Have tested it out a couple times and seems sturdy. Collapses for easy storage or travel and is adjustable.

We are too short for this cane
My daughter is 5'1" and I am 5'3" and neither of us can use this cane. At its shortest, it is still 4 to 6 inches too tall for either of us to comfortably use it for balance or support. I really can not recommend it for anyone under probably 5'7" at minimum. The unusual foot, though, is surprisingly more sturdy and offers more balance than I would have expected with the shape. It seems like it might struggle to help balance a body, but that's not the case if your height is right.Walks with a nice "heel-toe" movement on its "foot". Speaking of, it's very useful for the leg lift and I will certainly be using it. Just too tall for us personally as a walking cane.
